Tom Drouillard is an accomplished and passionate IT Leader with an entrepreneurial spirit and proven expertise in driving growth, spearheading change, forward thinking and meeting organizational objectives through strategic planning and leadership.

Tom is passionate for Security, Infrastructure, IoT, and processes. He is resourceful, solutions focused, with exceptionally strong communication and analytical skills. Tom has extensive knowledge and experience in streamlining operations and processes to maximize productivity, quality and efficiencies.

Tom’s specialized skillset and career experience has culminated in the creation of TrueIT. At present, Tom works as a Data Centre Consultant for Coreio, subcontracted to a large Canadian Bank as a Data Centre Subject Matter Expert to conduct data centre reviews. These reviews may require short-term travel to sites throughout North America.

• Sr. Critical Environment Auditor for CBRE in Hamilton, Ontario
• Toronto Director / Operations Manager for Cologix in Toronto, Ontario
• Data Centre Operations Manager, and later Global Data Centre Capacity Planner / Design Architect for Blackberry in Waterloo, Ontario
• Infrastructure / Data Centre / IT Manager for Intel Corporation in Aloha, Oregon
